This is a Process Engineering Lead opportunity.

The role is responsible for leading the delivery of process engineering activities across water and wastewater projects while providing technical guidance and support to a growing engineering team.

It combines hands-on process engineering expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership
  • Lead the delivery of process engineering activities across multiple projects.
  • Review process designs, calculations, reports, and technical documentation.

  • Support projects from concept design through detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover.

  • Provide process engineering expertise throughout all stages of project delivery.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Chemical, Process, Environmental, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Experience working on water and/or wastewater engineering projects.
  • Understanding of process engineering principles and treatment technologies.
  • Experience supporting projects through design and delivery is beneficial.

Skills

  • Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Comfortable preparing and reviewing technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard engineering software.
