About Bodystreet
At Bodystreet, we’re not just offering a job — we’re offering a long-term career foundation in the fitness and health industry. As the world leader in boutique electro-muscle stimulation (EMS) training, we help busy adults build strength, consistency, and confidence through effective 20-minute training sessions, once a week. Our approach is structured, science-backed, evidence-informed, and human-first.
As part of our growing team in Singapore, you’ll join a startup environment where standards are high, learning is continuous, and growth is earned through real contribution, consistency, and responsibility — not titles alone.
Role Overview
This role is the entry point into Bodystreet, combining hands-on training, client care, and exposure to how a premium boutique fitness studio operates. Everyone starts with the same foundation — training excellence, client trust, and learning the rhythms, systems, and expectations of a professional studio. As you grow, you may progress along one of two career pathways, depending on your strengths, interests, and demonstrated performance.
How This Role Grows at Bodystreet
Shared Foundation (First Phase)All team members are expected to:
- Deliver safe, effective EMS training to Bodystreet standards
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with clients
- Support client consistency through follow-ups and engagement
- Understand that sales is part of service — listening, guiding, and building trust
Consistency, professionalism, and follow-through in these areas are key indicators for progression. Progression conversations typically take place during regular performance check-ins once this foundation is established.
Two Career PathwaysPathway 1: Trainer Excellence Path
This pathway is for individuals who:
- Love training, coaching and client interaction
- Want to deepen technical and coaching mastery
- Prefer hands-on impact over people management
On this path, you may grow into:
- Senior Trainer responsibilities, including mentoring newer trainers and upholding coaching standards
- Greater ownership of client outcomes and training quality
- A respected, long-term training and coaching role without needing to manage a studio or team
Pathway 2: Studio Leadership Path
This pathway is for individuals who:
- Enjoy ownership, responsibility, and decision-making
- Are interested in operations, standards, and team performance
- Want exposure to how a boutique fitness business is run
On this path, you may progressively take on:
- Deeper involvement in studio operations
- Sales and conversion accountability
- Leadership responsibilities within the team
- Gradual ownership of studio standards, schedules, or specific operational areas
- Preparation for future Studio Manager or leadership roles
This pathway is opt-in, based on demonstrated capability and alignment — not assumed or automatic.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Personal Trainer at Bodystreet, your responsibilities include:
- Conducting client consultations and understanding individual fitness goals
- Delivering personalised EMS training sessions with care, clarity, and motivation
- Ensuring safe training practices and collecting client feedback
- Following up with clients post-session and coordinating future training
- Re-engaging clients who miss sessions and supporting trial-to-member conversion
- Preparing the studio and maintaining accurate client records
These responsibilities form the foundation for success in both career pathways.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for individuals who bring:
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others
- Strong communications skills and emotional awareness
- Comfort with responsibility, follow-through, and working to clear standards
- A service mindset that understands trust and sales go hand in hand
- Curiosity, coachability, and a willingness to learn
You don’t need prior personal training experience — but you do need the right attitude.
Work-Study Diploma Pathway (ITE Graduates)We welcome applications from ITE graduates who are eligible for SkillsFuture Singapore–recognised Work-Study Diploma (WSD) programmes in sports, fitness, or health-related fields. For suitable candidates who demonstrate strong alignment, attitude, and performance, we may consider structured support or sponsorship in accordance with approved Singapore WSD frameworks, while you work, train, and gain industry experience with us.
