We are looking for a driven and ambitious UK Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-focused sales professional to play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue across the UK. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in, or a strong understanding of, the Padel and Pickleball market, as these sectors form a key part of our growth strategy.

The Role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Drive sales growth across a range of products
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

About You

  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in generating new business and growing accounts
  • Experience in, or a strong understanding of, the Padel and/or Pickleball market
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel across the UK

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience within the sports surfacing industry
  • Experience in the industrial or recreational coatings industry
