Millions of people trust Surfshark to stay safe online — and a lot of them found us because a publisher they already trust pointed the way. That channel is one of our sharpest growth engines, and we're looking for someone to take it further. Not to keep the lights on, but to push the whole thing into new territory.
If you want to:
- Get the most out of our established roster of major publisher affiliates — think TechRadar, CNET, PCMag — through close relationship management, smarter placements, and strategic portfolio growth;
- Bring the affiliate channel in line with where the company is heading, expanding partner coverage beyond VPN into Surfshark Antivirus, Scam Protection, and the wider cybersecurity ecosystem;
- Lead a team that's already winning — and make them hungry for more: bigger funnel bets, sharper testing, tougher negotiations;
- Open up new content-driven verticals by scaling partnerships across newsletters, Substacks, and niche editorial blogs.
And you can check off:
- Proven experience of scaling high-revenue affiliate programs, ideally in B2C SaaS, cybersecurity, or a similarly competitive tech space;
- Proven experience of managing and mentoring a team you don't sit next to — you know how to drive accountability, build trust, and hold a culture together across locations and time zones;
- The ability to build relationships with key industry decision-makers, pitch our value, negotiate terms, and lock in long-term partnerships that work for both sides;
- A sharp eye for the numbers that matter — LTV, churn, conversion rates — and the instinct to turn them into landing page tests and real funnel improvements.
Bonus points if you:
- Direct experience navigating the VPN industry and its major affiliate players;
- Exposure to B2B2C or channel sales: telco and ISP bundles, hardware/OEM preloads, retail or e-commerce marketplace listings, or SaaS integration partnerships;
- A firm grip on our tech stack, including Impact, CJ, Tune, Looker, Salesforce, Ahrefs, and SimilarWeb;
- A strong foundation across key digital marketing disciplines, specifically SEO, CRO, and content marketing.
Here’s the deal:
- Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, books and online learning platforms for your professional development;
- Tools of your choice: choose technical equipment and the tools you need to do your best;
- Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as On the Wave of Things, with a touch of various team buildings or company celebrations;
- Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends.
