Surfing England is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the organisation’s financial operations. As a small and dynamic not-for-profit business running a variety of projects, the role is critical to ensure effective budgeting at both project and organisational level. Working with the CEO, the role will provide clear financial insight to support decision-making across the organisation and to support Surfing England’s mission to make life better through surfing, ensuring hard won resources are managed effectively and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Submit evidence based claims to grant providers including Sport England
- Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Support year-end processes including liaising with external accountants and submissions to companies house
