OA Surf Club is looking for full-time and freelance surf instructors to join our experienced and passionate team for the 2026 season and beyond. Based in the stunning setting of Widemouth Bay, Bude, OA Surf Club delivers high-quality surf lessons and coasteering sessions, alongside running clifftop accommodation overlooking the bay. With over 25 years of surf school experience, we’re proud of our reputation, facilities, and the standard of coaching we provide. We’re looking for fun, enthusiastic surf coaches who enjoy working with a wide range of clients. There is also the opportunity to run coasteering sessions, offering variety and flexibility throughout the season.

What we’re looking for:

  • Surfing England / ISA Level 1 (minimum)
  • Current beach lifeguard qualification
  • Clean DBS check (Support available to help you gain qualifications if needed)

The position is based in Widemouth Bay, with discounted accommodation available.
