Big Blue Surf School is on the lookout for talented seasonal or freelance surf coaches to join our team. We’ve been running surf lessons in Bude since 1999 and pride ourselves on delivering fun, high-quality sessions for all ages and abilities.
Throughout the season we offer daily surf lessons, run a popular Junior Surfers Academy on Saturday mornings, and our ladies-only surf club, Sirens. We’re looking for enthusiastic coaches who are passionate about surfing and enjoy working with a variety of groups across the summer season.
The role is based at Summerleaze Beach, Bude, in a fun, supportive and experienced surf school environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Surfing England / ISA Level 1 (minimum)
- Current beach lifeguard qualification
- Clean DBS check (Support available to help you gain qualifications if needed)
