A Day in the Life of a Surface Experts Technician
- Pay range of $16 to $24 per hour: includes base pay and monthly performance-based bonuses.
- Company Car: each technician drives a branded company vehicle for job duties.
- Tools Provided: all necessary tools and products are provided.

Requirements
- Experience working with your hands: experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, or even a personal hobby.
- Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colours: familiarity with colour and colour-matching is integral to our process.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence.
Duties (in the field daily)
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication while performing surface repairs for tenants and property management staff at locations throughout the DFW mid-cities area.
- Creatively problem-solve repairs.
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step process.
- Employ each tool in your custom toolkit.
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity in a variety of settings like apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.
