What you’ll be doing as our Apprentice Accounts Assistant
- Manage and be responsible for the monthly supplier statement reconciliation, including chasing suppliers for statements and resolving reconciling differences.
- Match invoices to purchase orders in the iDocs system.
- Manage and be responsible for the monthly company credit card reconciliation.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Assist with sales and debtor reporting.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory accounts.
- Assist the Finance team with various other ad hoc duties and projects.

- Highly motivated for a career in Accounting and Finance.
- Willing and able to take ownership of the tasks assigned.

- Good communication and organisation skills.

- AAT Qualified / part‑qualified.

Support we will give to our Apprentice Accounts Assistant
- Complete AAT L2 or L3 through our chosen Apprenticeship provider.
- Full training on daily tasks and on the IT systems such as SAP and i‑docs.
- Full support from the finance team for on‑the‑job training and study support.
