Driving ERP success - From scope to delivery! We are currently looking for an Interim ERP Project Manager who will be responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project's scope, schedule, budget and resource requirements of the ERP system upgrade. This is a fixed term contract for around 6 - 9 months.
Some key responsibilities for this role include:
- Develop a detailed implementation plan outlining project scope, timeline and budget with supporting documentation
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work practices to ensure process consistency and repeatability
- Collaboration with stakeholders, department managers, IT personnel, consultants and end users to define program scope that meets the business needs
- Develop and oversee ERP testing program and identify risks and develop contingency plans
- Conduct end user training and post go-live support model
- Post implementation system performance monitoring to identify process and system improvements
For this role you will need:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, including experience managing ERP implementations
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of ERP systems and implementation methodologies
