We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our dynamic Quality Compliance team. This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring the organisation meets all required standards and is compliant with key accreditations.

Some key responsibilities for the Compliance Manager role are:

  • Understanding the requirements of all STI quality standards including AS9100, ISO 13485 and associated other standards such as OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
  • Ensuring that the STI BMS remains compliant with the quality standards
  • Ensuring that the schedule and frequency of internal quality audits are in line with the audit schedule
  • Ensuring that non-conformances and observations from these audits are closed in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinating and planning the visits of external parties such as the ISO Certification bodies. Ensuring all non-conformances and observations from these visits are closed in line with agreed commitments
  • Hosting customer audits and ensuring that actions are documented and followed-up
  • Signing off CARs and 8D’s where required. Following up on these reports to ensure that the corrective actions are effective
  • Preparing statistics for management review whilst ensuring that areas of non-compliance to target are addressed and closed out

We are looking for a candidate who has working knowledge of relevant industry standards such as: ISO/AS/EN / Nadcap / IPC.
