Our fast‑growing team are experts in delivering services to clients across the region, and you will be responsible for supporting clients in third‑line and one‑site project implementation. Experience in:

  • MS Office technology, particularly M365 implementation and support
  • Windows Server design and implementation
  • Active Directory
  • Cloud, particularly Azure
  • Firewalls
  • Networking
  • Storage
  • Virtualisation tech such as Hyper‑V/VMware

Requirements:

  • Suitable personal skills to build relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Highly effective communication skills and phone manner
  • The ability to handle challenging customer situations and work under pressure
  • The ability to prioritise workload and multitask
  • The ability to work in a proactive, methodical manner whilst having attention to detail
  • Strong problem‑solving skills

Technical Skills Required:

  • Ability to produce clear and concise documentation
  • Microsoft Windows Server technology design and implementation
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory design and implementation
  • Good knowledge of cloud technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune)
  • Understanding of security solutions, such as the implementation of Nextgen Firewalls
  • Good knowledge of virtualisation technologies (Hyper‑V/VMWare)
  • Server and Storage knowledge
  • Good knowledge of networking (switches (incl VLAN), Firewalls)

This role will be working with clients in Worcestershire and Herefordshire; therefore, the ability to travel to clients in this location as well as our HQ in Stourport is essential. Ideally, you will have a UK driving licence. We cannot sponsor visas at any stage.
