Experience in:
- MS Office technology, particularly M365 implementation and support
- Windows Server design and implementation
- Active Directory
- Cloud, particularly Azure
- Firewalls
- Networking
- Storage
- Virtualisation tech such as Hyper‑V/VMware
Requirements:
- Suitable personal skills to build relationships with colleagues and clients
- Highly effective communication skills and phone manner
- The ability to handle challenging customer situations and work under pressure
- The ability to prioritise workload and multitask
- The ability to work in a proactive, methodical manner whilst having attention to detail
- Strong problem‑solving skills
Technical Skills Required:
- Ability to produce clear and concise documentation
- Microsoft Windows Server technology design and implementation
- Good knowledge of Active Directory design and implementation
- Good knowledge of cloud technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune)
- Understanding of security solutions, such as the implementation of Nextgen Firewalls
- Good knowledge of virtualisation technologies (Hyper‑V/VMWare)
- Server and Storage knowledge
- Good knowledge of networking (switches (incl VLAN), Firewalls)

This role will be working with clients in Worcestershire and Herefordshire; therefore, the ability to travel to clients in this location as well as our HQ in Stourport is essential. Ideally, you will have a UK driving licence. We cannot sponsor visas at any stage.
