For more than 30 years, Sureway has been an industry leader in the delivery of employment services across Australia. As an Employment Consultant in the recently announced Inclusive Employment Australia, you’ll work closely with people with disability to connect them to sustainable employment opportunities. You will guide, support, and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strong relationships with employers and support organisations.
Responsibilities
- Utilising a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment
- Developing positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants
- Enhancing employability through referral to support services and training
- Providing in-employment support to sustain employment
- Marketing your participants’ skills to prospective employers
- Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks
- Keeping detailed, accurate records and adhering to all compliance requirements
- Actively participating in the local community to promote services

- Relationship Builders with strong customer service skills to build positive relationships with participants and employers
