As a Win-and-Deliver Consultant, your primary responsibility is to win new work, partly by working as a consultant on project delivery, supported by colleagues who are delivery focused.
Key responsibilities
- Client leadership
- Act as the senior relationship owner for a defined portfolio of clients.
- Engage at Director and senior stakeholder level, building trusted adviser relationships.
- Lead client workshops, reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively bring ideas and solutions.
- Business Development
- Identify and qualify opportunities within existing accounts, growing revenue and deepening client engagement.
- Proactively identify, pursue and convert new client opportunities to expand our client base.
