Responsibilities:
- Deploying & Supporting software applications
- IP Network configuration and troubleshooting
- Windows Server Environment configuration and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of SQL configuration, querying, backups & troubleshooting
- Experience working with support ticket systems
- Confident, Professional & Clear in verbal and written Communication
- Microsoft IIS
- Powershell / Command Line / Terminal
- A+ certification or any relevant Microsoft or Networking Certification
- Experience with security products such as IP cameras, NVRs, CCTV, VMSs, and Access Control systems
- Experience deploying and supporting PSIM security software applications
- Experience with SaaS products and/or SaaS infrastructure (AWS, Azure etc)

The goal of the software is to improve operator response times, by prioritising what's important, while automating many of the time-consuming, manual and often inconsistent processes of running a command center. We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer to join our growing team. Our product is not an out-of-the-box solution and engineers in the team need to have close working relationships with the customer, development and sales teams in order to successfully deliver the solution. We manage this by embracing a DevOps mentality and maintaining customer-specific teams. Account management and customer communication will be key to ensuring the successful delivery of projects and ensuring we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Qualification in IT-related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years commercial engineering experience desirable
