Responsibilities
- Responding to Intruder, Fire and CCTV activations/alarms.
- Liaising with customers, clients and alarm receiving centres over the telephone.
- Conducting scheduled and ad hoc patrols of certain sites.
- Completing incident reports in writing.
- Working as part of a team and answering the telephone in a professional manner.
- Covering for sickness and holidays on a fair and reasonable basis.
- Using smart phones and various applications.
Training
Training will be provided, together with on-going relevant training; however experience in this type of role would be advantageous.
Qualifications
- All applicants must hold a valid SIA Licence in SG/DS or Keyholding, or have booked for training for a licence.
- A minimum of three years driving experience / full clean licence is also required.
Work Schedule
The team works on a 40+ hour per week rolling roster covering nights, days and weekends on a shift pattern that allows a healthy work life balance, with the option to pick up additional hours for relief and holiday cover. The candidate must be able to work nights, days and weekends.
