As Assistant General Manager, you keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly, connecting leadership and teams to bring standards to life every shift. Your energy, organisation and presence drive team morale and elevate the guest experience, while inspiring the team to deliver a WOW-worthy experience to every guest.
How you’ll drive success:
- Support your General Manager and Head Chef in all aspects of running the restaurant and delivering company KPIs.
- Inspire and lead your team from the front, ensuring all guests are served up a taste of Mexican sunshine.
- Champion a positive environment and deeply care about your team, actively supporting their growth and progression.
- Show pride in ensuring each dish and each drink is served up to spec each and every time - as though Tommi made it herself!
