We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Lead with a strong background in lead generation and sales team collaboration. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive high-quality leads and enhance sales performance. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and skilled in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  1. Develop and execute lead generation strategies that align with sales goals.
  2. Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO) to drive inbound leads.
  3. Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  4. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, feedback, and revenue targets.
  5. Develop and maintain a lead scoring system to prioritize high-potential prospects.
  6. Create and deliver regular reports and insights to the sales team, identifying key metrics and areas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create compelling assets that resonate with target audiences across stages of the buyer journey.
  8. Ensure messaging consistency across all channels, with a strong focus on value propositions that support sales efforts.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  1. Track and analyse campaign performance and lead metrics, utilizing insights to refine and improve strategies.
  2. Prepare and present monthly performance reports to leadership and sales teams.
  3. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation software) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Product Development

  1. Collaborate with product teams to provide insights into market demands and contribute to new product launches.

Brand Management

  1. Ensure all marketing efforts align with the brand’s image and messaging.
  2. Plan, organise, and promote company events, liaising with suppliers to secure essential materials, branded goods, and services for both events and promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution and high attendance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Degree in Marketing or related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
  3. Previous marketing experience preferred.
  4. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  5. Proficiency in social media platforms.
  6. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  7. Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  8. Must be able to work independently as well as a team player.
  9. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
