Business Administration/ Sales Apprentice
Join to apply for the Business Administration/ Sales Apprentice role at Surespan Ltd. Surespan are one of the leading UK manufacturers of roof access hatches and floor access covers offering a range of roof hatches, floor doors, ladders, smoke vents and glass roof‑lights. Products are available in standard and bespoke options with quick turnaround times.
Responsibilities
- Calculation and presentation of quotations, in a timely manner
- Following up with customers to determine the competitiveness of quotes
- Order processing and general administrative duties
- Answering incoming sales calls
- Order despatching
- Any other duties needed
- Business administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- Weekly off‑the‑job training
- Bi‑weekly virtual or face‑to‑face learning session
- Training schedule has yet to be agreed upon, further details will be made available at a later date
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there could be a potential full‑time position offered to the right candidate.
Working hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Friday: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm (breaks to be confirmed).
