Role Overview In this role, you will partner with the Head of SHEQ to drive a proactive, client-focused compliance and assurance framework that ensures safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met across all contracts. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients and operational teams, embedding a strong SHEQ culture through visible leadership, effective communication, and data-driven performance management. This position plays a key role in delivering continuous improvement, audit excellence, and operational compliance throughout the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Working closing with Head of SHEQ to lead the delivery of a proactive, client focused compliance and assurance framework across all contracts, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met and exceeded Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing informed, solution-driven guidance on all health, safety, environmental and welfare matters, building confidence through expertise, transparency, and timely communication Champion a positive SHEQ culture through active coaching, behavioural engagement, and visible leadership, embedding accountability and ownership throughout operational teams Ensure client-specific SHEQ requirements are fully integrated into operational delivery plans, and that all documentation, processes, and reporting meet contractual and legislative standards Contribute to and oversee the preparation of Project Health
