We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Gas Engineer to join our growing Domestic Gas team.
Responsibilities- Support the Area Manager to achieve excellent team performance
- Lead the team in all aspects of technical quality and safety
- Investigation and resolution of complaint jobs
- Engineer auditing where required
- Engineer coaching where required
- Investigation reporting where required
- Lead by example through excellent personal engineer performance
- Providing technical support for engineers when required
- Carry out tasks as set to you by the Area Manager
- Other duties as set to you by other Managers or Directors
- Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
- Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
- Experience delivering high levels of customer service
- The ability to work with a diverse customer base
- Competitive salary (basic between £50k & £55k depending on experience with OTE of up to £80k)
