We are seeking an experienced plumber to perform maintenance and repairs to our clients’ heating and hot water systems, completing all work in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Overview Of Role

The Plumber will visit client properties to perform a range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks. They will ensure that all plumbing systems function efficiently and safely, completing all repairs in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all necessary plumbing repairs and maintenance work.
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures.
  • Diagnose and assess plumbing issues.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during daily work.
  • Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with clients and tenants.

Key Attributes & Requirements

  • Qualified and experienced in plumbing with relevant certification.
  • Self‑motivated, flexible and able to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and propose cost‑effective solutions.
  • Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and our team.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Adhere to the Out of Hours, weekends and evenings on call rota.
  • Completion of all appropriate criminal and reference checks before starting work.
