We are looking for a Cost Clerk with experience in Energy, Housing or Social for our Livingston office.

The remit:

  • Deliver essential day-to-day support to the commercial team on live projects.
  • Conduct contract reviews and manage contract variations.
  • Engage with end clients regarding ongoing projects.
  • Assist with the preparation, organisation, and control of all key commercial information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support the overall commercial function.
  • Coordinate the specific data and documentation required for valuations and applications for payment.
  • Provide reliable administrative assistance to ensure all commercial activities meet project deadlines.
  • Operate strictly in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.

Required skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable success in a similar Cost Clerk role.
  • Industry experience within Energy, Housing or Social Housing.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • First class communication at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing contracts/projects.
