We are looking for a Cost Clerk with experience in Energy, Housing or Social for our Livingston office.
The remit:
- Deliver essential day-to-day support to the commercial team on live projects.
- Conduct contract reviews and manage contract variations.
- Engage with end clients regarding ongoing projects.
- Assist with the preparation, organisation, and control of all key commercial information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support the overall commercial function.
- Coordinate the specific data and documentation required for valuations and applications for payment.
- Provide reliable administrative assistance to ensure all commercial activities meet project deadlines.
- Operate strictly in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
Required skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable success in a similar Cost Clerk role.
- Industry experience within Energy, Housing or Social Housing.
- Strong Excel skills.
- First class communication at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing contracts/projects.
