We are seeking a qualified electrician with experience in domestic heating and hot water systems. You will attend properties, conduct testing, and perform remedial works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out EICRs following assessments of electrical installations within properties.
  • Periodic testing and wiring installation of new heating systems on various domestic and commercial properties across the region.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer care when dealing with clients and tenants to meet quality standards.
  • Communicating updates and progress, completing paperwork electronically and manually.
  • Adhering to all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records.
  • Managing stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure parts are available for job requirements.
