Our company is growing, and we have an excellent opportunity for Insulation Operatives to join our team working out of Bathgate. As an Insulation Operative, you will be a key part of our in-house installation team, where you will be responsible for the removal and installation of Cavity Wall Insulation that we install for our clients, supporting a range of insulation measures across domestic/residential properties.
Responsibilities
- Working in teams of 2, you will be involved in the extraction and installation of new cavity wall insulation.
- Liaising with customers to explain installation process and ensure their expectations are met.
- Carry out pre and post work inspections and take any necessary action to resolve any highlighted issues.
- Ensure all work is installed in a safe manner and to a high standard by following best practice procedures set in place.
- Undertake any other reasonable task as required by the company.
Qualifications
- Past experience as a Cavity Wall Insulation Operative would be an advantage, however not essential as full training can be provided.
- Ability to communicate effectively with work colleagues and clients alike.
- A strong focus on Health & Safety.
- A flexible approach to working hours.
- ACoP Certificate would also be an advantage, however we can provide you with full training if you do not hold this certificate.
- Full UK Driver’s License is required.
