Role Overview
To provide an efficient schedule of work for all contracts and manage capacity for the periods that the works are required and meeting contractual SLA’s (both servicing and reactive/planned works).
Key Responsibilities
- The service Team deliver approximately 85,000 jobs per year and the service contract value for all clients exceeds £1.8 million.
- This role involves the analysis of system data, providing efficiency to scheduling and re-scheduling works as required which will provide sales and margin improvement for the business.
- Always scheduling at least two weeks ahead.
- Reconciling/re-scheduling of the previous day’s work as required.
- Managing capacity to deliver the workload, liaising with Contract Teams.
- Analysing workload data to ensure best scheduling practice is used (i.e. Geography/Skill set/existing works scheduled).
- Develop and promote best practice for processes and end users.
Experience
- Experience within a similar role.
- Experience reporting and data manipulation within Access and Excel.
- Dealing with big Data Sets.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Analytical and problem-solving attitude.
