We support our clients across electrical domestic gas, commercial gas, and renewables services. Role
- The purpose of the role is to carry out electrical installations, reactive and repair works within residential communal areas.
- Install S & Y Plan Heating systems.
- Install or relocate heating controls.
- Service and install electrical heating equipment such as panel & storage heaters.
- Complete 1st and 2nd fix supply and controls for renewable heating equipment such as heat pumps.
- Complete boiler and heating control installations.
- Install electrical heating equipment.
- Fault find and repair electrical circuits and equipment.
- Work in residents' homes and communal areas.
- Perform basic electrical testing, including Minor Works Certification.
- Conduct other electrical tests and inspections, producing appropriate documentation in accordance with BS7671.
- Adhere to company health & safety policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes to standards, regulations, and best practices in electrical work.
- Complete follow-up remedial works as needed.
The successful candidate will have:
- City & Guilds Level 3 qualification.
- City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in social housing (desirable but not essential).
- Experience in delivering high levels of customer service.
- The ability to work with diverse customer bases.
