Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South. We support our clients across electrical domestic gas, commercial gas and renewables services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.
Role
- The purpose of the role is to carry out electrical installations, reactive and repair works within residential communal areas.
- Complete boiler and heating control installations.
- Installation of electrical heating equipment.
- Fault find and repair faults found on electrical circuits and equipment.
- Working in resident’s homes and communal areas.
- Basic Electrical Testing knowledge i.e. complete Minor works Certification.
- Perform other electrical tests and inspections, and produce the appropriate documentation in accordance with the current edition of BS7671.
- Always adhere to Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Keep abreast of changes and amendments of standards, regulations, and best practices within the electrical industry.
- Complete follow-on remedial works, where required.
The successful candidate will have:
- City & Guilds NVQ level 3.
- City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential.
- Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
- The ability to work with a diverse customer base.
