We are looking for x3 competent and experienced Electrical Testers in the Coventry area to support us with additional growth.
Role Overview:
Carry out electrical installation testing in our customer\’s properties and produce reports to meet the requirements of BS7671 while always maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct periodic inspections of clients\’ electrical installations in accordance with the current edition of BS7671
  • Produce Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) which meets the requirements and quality standards of clients and external accrediting bodies (e.g., NICEIC)
  • Perform other electrical tests and inspections, and produce the appropriate documentation in accordance with the current edition of BS7671
  • Always adhere to Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
  • Keep abreast of changes and amendments of standards, regulations, and best practices within the electrical industry
  • Complete follow-on remedial works, where required

Skills & Experience

  • NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations, or equivalent (essential)
  • City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and testing qualification, or equivalent (essential)
  • 18 th edition Wiring Regulations BS7671 qualification (essential)
  • Valid UK driving Licence (essential)
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement
