The Sureserve Group is seeking an Out of Hours Contact Centre Agent to be the main point of customer contact for servicing and responsive maintenance during out-of-hours periods. You will answer inbound calls from customers and engineers and ensure our internal system is updated accordingly.
Role requirements include 7–15 hours per week, weekends and bank holidays, up to 15 hours per weekend across 2–3 days. This is a 12 month FTC with opportunities for progression.
