Sureserve is seeking an Out of Hours Contact Centre Agent in Dartford to be the main point of customer contact for servicing and responsive maintenance during out-of-hours periods. You will answer inbound calls from customers and engineers and update our internal system.
The successful candidate will have administrative experience, strong customer service, and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook/Excel), with excellent written and verbal communication and a flexible, organised approach.
