We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing Private team; the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Carrying out day-to-day repairs in private customers' homes
- Fault finding
- Completing annual servicing visits
- Meeting first-time fix targets
- Maintaining high-quality standards
- Focusing on customer satisfaction
- Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays
The successful candidate will have:
- Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
- Minimum 2 years working as a qualified gas engineer
- Experience within the private sector essential
- Experience delivering high levels of customer service
- Extensive technical knowledge of all types of boilers and heating systems
