We are recruiting a diligent, professional Contract Administrator to join our busy team. This role requires a resilient, detail-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Overview of Role:

The Contract Administrator acts as a key link between stakeholders, ensuring accurate data delivery and communication, and that all works are scheduled on time, meeting company and client standards.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to team leaders, engineers, suppliers, and tenants, with proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within housing, premises, or facilities management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning daily work schedules for Heating Engineers, Multi-Skilled Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, Apprentices, and communicating work assignments.
  • Ensuring data is accurate and delivered promptly.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records via appropriate mediums.
  • Coordinating with other Contracts Administrators and Supervisors.
  • Handling calls from Clients and Tenants professionally.

Required Attributes:

  • A self-motivated individual eager to develop within a successful company.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, IT systems, databases, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience handling high volumes of calls is beneficial.
  • A friendly, professional attitude to foster good relationships with Engineers, Tenants, and Clients.
