Sureserve Compliance South, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.
Role
- To carry out routine PPM, servicing, breakdown, and some install work across several clients in the London and southeast areas.
- Reporting back to the management of work completed with evidence on our PDA-based system.
- To work well within a team or individually.
- To risk assess work/working environments before starting any work to avoid injuries, and undertake all work by Health & Safety and The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations (GSIUR) 1998.
- To identify materials and parts required to carry out repairs to the set company standard
- To keep your allocated company vehicle clean and tidy at all times, always wear the correct uniform and dispose of any waste to company/HSE regulations
The successful candidate will have
- Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or TPCP1)
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence desired)
- Must have proven customer service experience
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Ability to work on a call-out rota – 1 in 5
- Must provide proof of qualifications and the interview stage
