The Sureserve Group of businesses provides market-leading compliance and energy services across the UK, with 4000 employees working from over 20 offices. Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities. We have an exciting opportunity for a Gas Engineer to join our growing Domestic Gas team.
Role
- Hours: 45 hour week 8-6
- Pay: £30-45k + call out and overtime = OTE £55/60k
As a Gas Engineer, your responsibilities include:
- Carrying out day-to-day repairs
- Fault finding
- Completing annual servicing visits
- Meeting first-time fix targets
- Maintaining high-quality standards
- Focusing on customer satisfaction
- Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays
The successful candidate will have:
- Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
- Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
- Experience delivering high levels of customer service
- The ability to work with a diverse customer base
