We are looking to bring on board a Project Manager with a background in Energy, Housing or Social Housing to lead the delivery of multiple high-profile contracts across Scotland. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, management, and reporting of projects, ensuring every contract is delivered to the highest standard. This is a critical role ensuring our projects remain compliant with Trustmark and PAS standards while maintaining the strong stakeholder relationships that underpin our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful delivery of assigned contracts, ensuring all work meets programme, quality, and compliance benchmarks.
  • Oversee day-to-day activity, establishing clear governance and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project plans and resources to ensure KPIs, SLAs, and contractual milestones are consistently exceeded.
  • Ensure all projects remain fully compliant with Trustmark, PAS, and current legislative requirements.
  • Oversee survey programmes, including scheduling, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Lead the collection and submission of completion documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for client audits.
  • Act as the key point of contact for Operations Managers, Site Staff, and Sub-Contractors to resolve issues and maintain clear communication.
  • Produce insightful weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying risks and mitigation opportunities.
  • Manage client correspondence and escalations, ensuring a high standard of service and timely resolution.
Skills & Abilities
  • Proven track record in project management within Energy, Housing or Social Housing is required.
  • Familiarity with PAS 2035/2030 standards is highly advantageous.
  • Confident in managing diverse stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management systems.
