This diverse role, based in our office in Livingston, will see you assist the Buyers in the effective purchasing of goods and services, ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. Key responsibilities:- Processing purchase orders in alignment with procurement best practices.
- Contributing to the timely placement of all purchase orders.
- Managing order expediting to ensure delivery schedules are met.
- Maintaining complete, accurate, and well-organized procurement records.
- Ensuring the professional presentation of all data and information.
- Demonstrable success in a similar Purchasing/Procurement/Junior Buyer role.
- A solid understanding of the sourcing process and how to add value through procurement.
- Proficiency in communicating and motivating others through written media.
- The ability to maintain proactive and effective liaison with various internal departments.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
