The primary responsibility of our Gas Engineers will be to maintain and repair heating systems in our clients' properties. They will ensure that the heating and hot water systems operate efficiently and safely, and that any repairs are completed in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering quality service. Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region.
- Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.
- Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during daily work.
Requirements:
- Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications.
- Valid UK driving licence (essential).
- Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacity.
- Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards.
