Overview
As Field Manager with Sureserve Compliance South, you lead regional field teams to deliver heating services for social housing across London and the South East. You play a key role in maintaining quality, meeting SLAs, and ensuring safe, compliant installations. You will coordinate complaints handling, surveys, quotes, and status tracking to keep projects on track and customers informed. This role offers impact through proactive capacity planning, performance coaching, and close collaboration with clients to support long-term contracts and service excellence. You will be at the front line of field delivery, shaping outcomes for residents and clients while advancing the company’s reputation.

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for field teams in your region/area
- Review complaints and present resolutions to clients
- Review and action referrals and surveys
- Provide technical advice to resolve field issues and maintain installation quality
- Quote works using calculators or SOR to meet margins
- Track repair status and SLA compliance
- Manage pipeline visibility and capacity planning for servicing
- Review installation notes and post-completion QA reports
- Report departmental performance to line manager
- Line management for field and admin staff, ensuring SLA adherence
- Update clients on job statuses and quotations
- Report points of improvement or recurring issues to line manager
Key requirements
- Renewable qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
- Experience within Social Housing desirable but not essential
- Experience delivering high levels of customer service
