You'll play a key role in coordinating repairs and maintenance appointments, ensuring engineers are deployed efficiently while delivering an excellent service to customers. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate repair, maintenance, and servicing appointments. Manage engineer diaries, workload, and capacity to maximise productivity. Allocate work efficiently based on location, skills, and priority. Handle customer enquiries and provide appointment updates. Raise jobs, book appointments, and maintain accurate records. Respond to emergency works and reschedule appointments as required. Work closely with engineers and operational teams to deliver excellent service. Skills it's our standard.
