We are recruiting for a diligent, professional Contract Administrator to join our busy scheduling team in Thurrock office. The Contract Administrator serves as a crucial conduit between multiple stakeholders, ensuring that accurate data is delivered and communicated daily to the appropriate parties and that all planned, and allocated works are distributed on time, meeting the standards set by the Company and its Clients.
Responsibilities
- Planning the day to day works of the Heating Engineers, Multi‑Skilled Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, Apprentices, and distributing/communicating work accordingly.
- Ensuring the cascade of data is both accurate and timely.
- Ensuring up to date records are both produced and kept via the appropriate mediums on time.
- Liaising with other Contracts Administrators and Supervisors.
- Answering and dealing with phone calls from both Clients and Tenants.
- Understanding and working to an excellent level of customer service.
- Providing administrative support to team leaders, engineers, suppliers and tenants.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative work experience, ideally in the housing, premises or facilities management sector.
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft packages, IT systems and databases; strong organisational abilities.
- Experience of handling a high volume of calls.
- Friendly, professional attitude to encourage good relationships with Engineers, Tenants and Clients.
- Completed criminal and reference checks required before starting work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm with 1 hour for lunch, office based from our local Thurrock branch.
