Surelock Mc Gill Group is looking for practical, reliable people to join our installation and service team.
You don't need to be an experienced locksmith or door engineer.
We can teach you the technical side of the job.
What we're really looking for is someone with a good attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing Working alongside experienced members of our team, you'll be trained to install, service and maintain specialist security doors, locks and associated products at customer sites across the UK.
No two weeks are necessarily the same.
You'll work at a wide variety of interesting sites and, as your experience develops, you'll be given more responsibility and the opportunity to progress.
What we're looking for You don't need specific industry experience.
We're more interested in finding the right person.
You will need: A full UK driving licence A good work ethic and positive attitude To be reliable and willing to learn To be comfortable using basic hand tools and doing practical work To be happy travelling and staying away from home when required Some flexibility with working hours, as certain projects may require early starts, late finishes or occasional weekend work To be comfortable dealing professionally with customers Experience in construction, joinery, engineering, installation, maintenance, locksmithing or similar practical work would be useful, but it isn't essential.
We'll provide the training
You'll receive hands-on training from experienced engineers and learn how to install and maintain our specialist security products.
As your skills and experience grow, there will be opportunities to develop within the role and take on more responsibility.
Because some of our customers operate secure sites, you will also need to be able to successfully complete the appropriate security vetting.
We will guide you through this process.
The person matters more than the CV We're not looking for someone who already knows everything about our products.
We're looking for someone dependable, hardworking and willing to learn.
