Surefreight Limited are one of Ireland's leading haulage companies operating for over 30 years, specialising in transporting full and part loads both to and from the UK. We operate with a modern fleet of 160+ HGV units and offer a wide range of services to our customers including full loads, groupage, warehousing and customs clearance. Our branches are located in Newry, Heysham and Cardiff.

Customs Administrator

The role will require you to process customs declarations for shipments between GB and Ireland. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customs declarations via TSS Portal
  • Generating GMR using the GVMS system
  • Gathering information from customers
  • Collating and storing all paperwork
  • Completing Supplementary Declarations
  • Communicating with our transport department
The Person

You will have:

  • Previous Customs experience
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and adhere to critical timescales
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Hours of Work

09:00 to 17:30 Monday, Tuesday, Friday. 11:00 to 20:00 Wednesday and Thursday.
