Surefire Management Services Ltd. is dedicated to delivering top-quality, energy-efficient retrofit works for councils, social, and private property owners across the UK. We are committed to ensuring that every family has access to safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient housing. Since 2017, we have successfully completed approximately £70m in energy-efficiency retrofit projects. We are expanding our services to support our partners with access to energy efficiency funding.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management:
•Plan, coordinate, and deliver energy efficiency projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
•Monitor project performance using relevant tools and metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (PAS 2030/35) and company policies.
•Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
Stakeholder Engagement:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, contractors, and government bodies.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
•Present updates, insights, and project outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
•Manage and expand relationship with key partners, industry bodies and obligated energy suppliers.
Strategic Planning and Development:
•Support the development of energy efficiency projects, identifying opportunities for new initiatives and innovation.
•Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
•Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and funding opportunities.
Compliance and Reporting:
•Ensure adherence to UK energy efficiency regulations and standards, such PAS, ECO4 reporting
•Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing project achievements and performance metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Essential Skills and Qualifications
•Proven experience in project management, preferably in energy efficiency, renewable energy, or a related sector.
•Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
•Knowledge of UK energy policies, regulations, and funding mechanisms, such and ECO4, SHDF, The Warm Homes Plan and PAS.
•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
•Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
•Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable but not essential.

•Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team.
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
