Role Purpose

\\n

The Junior IT Support Analyst will provide first-line technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring IT systems and services run smoothly and securely. This role supports a mix of APAC and UK-based customers, offering the opportunity to work in a diverse, international environment.

\\n

The main focus will be on Cybersecurity and Networking, with additional exposure to cloud services and general IT infrastructure. This is a generalist role designed to help you develop across multiple areas — an ideal opportunity for someone starting their IT career.

Key Responsibilities

\\n

• Provide first-line technical support to office-based and remote users, including UK and APAC customers.
\\n
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
\\n
• Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
\\n
• Help maintain Cybersecurity tools and processes under supervision.
\\n
• Assist with Microsoft 365 and other common business applications.
\\n
• Participate in IT projects, including upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
\\n
• Maintain IT asset inventories and update technical documentation.
\\n
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed.
\\n
• Support IT security and acceptable use policies.
\\n

Key Skills & Experience

• No formal IT work experience required — suitable as a first IT role.
\\n
• Demonstrated passion for technology (e.g., self-study, personal projects, hobby experience, or college/school IT work).
\\n
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
\\n
• Good understanding of basic computer and networking concepts (can be through coursework or self-learning).
\\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\\n
• Ability to travel regionally and to London when required.
\\n
• Valid UK driving licence preferred but not mandatory.
