\\nRole Purpose
\\nThe Junior IT Support Analyst will provide first-line technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring IT systems and services run smoothly and securely. This role supports a mix of APAC and UK-based customers, offering the opportunity to work in a diverse, international environment.
\\nThe main focus will be on Cybersecurity and Networking, with additional exposure to cloud services and general IT infrastructure. This is a generalist role designed to help you develop across multiple areas — an ideal opportunity for someone starting their IT career.
\\nKey Responsibilities

- Provide first-line technical support to office-based and remote users, including UK and APAC customers. \\n
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. \\n
