We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team at SureCare Dartford and Gravesend. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to individuals in need. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:

  • Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medication and monitor vital signs
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Document care provided and report any changes in condition

Locations covered: Dartford, Gravesend, Swanscombe, Greenhithe, Stone, Longfield, Hartley, Shorne, Wilmington, Joydens Wood, Darenth and South Darenth.

Key Points:

  • Full UK drivers’ licence and access to a vehicle required
  • Must have right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
  • £11.44-13.94 per hour + travel time (paid at rate of £11.44 p/h)
  • Time and a half pay on Bank Holidays
  • Double pay during the Christmas and New Year period
  • Full training induction and ongoing training and support
