SureCare is seeking a senior, commercially driven Head of Marketing to build and lead a marketing function from the ground up, while playing a key role in wider business growth and transformation. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility not only for marketing, but for shaping how the business drives enquiry generation, conversion, customer growth, and brand performance across a national franchise network. We are looking for someone who can combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, and who has experience operating within growth-focused, complex, or PE-backed environments.

Role Purpose
To design and deliver a commercially focused marketing and growth strategy that drives:
- Clear KPI-led reporting and performance visibility
- Franchisee Lead Generation
- Sustainable revenue growth across the network
- Improved enquiry generation, handling, and conversion performance
- Stronger private fee payer pipeline and brand positioning
- Recruitment attraction and employer brand strength
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial
- Develop and implement a national marketing and commercial growth strategy
- Lead commercial transformation initiatives, aligning marketing, sales, and client engagement
- Introduce structured enquiry handling and conversion frameworks
- Build KPI-based reporting to improve pipeline visibility and decision-making
- Support investment readiness, growth planning, and potential M&A activity
Marketing & Brand
- Define and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy (digital, local, national)
- Lead brand development and positioning, ensuring consistency across the network
- CRM implementation
- Data-driven and AI-enabled reporting
Operational Delivery
- Improve enquiry quality and conversion into customers
- Develop toolkits and frameworks for franchisees to improve local delivery

Candidate Profile
We are targeting a senior commercial and marketing leader with a strong track record in driving growth and transformation.
- 15–25+ years’ experience across marketing and commercial leadership roles
- Proven success driving revenue growth (e.g., double-digit YoY)
- Experience in:
- Multi-site, franchise, or network-led businesses
- Healthcare, care, or people-led service sectors (preferred)
Strong capability in:
- Enquiry generation and conversion optimisation
- CRM implementation and pipeline management
- KPI-led reporting and commercial performance tracking
Highly Desirable
- Experience in high-growth environments
