About the Role
We are seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across schools in Hertfordshire. This role involves supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning in a safe and orderly environment. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise whole classes during teacher absence, following pre-set lesson plans
- Maintain good order and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

- Always uphold safeguarding and health & safety procedures
