We are a busy recruitment agency based in Potters Bar, offering 24-hour services to the transport & logistics sector. The agency now requires a recruitment resourcer to support and primarily find drivers for a friendly team of account managers and consultants.
Hours and work patterns: 5 days a week. Flexibility will be required to accommodate peak periods in the transport and logistics industry. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
Main Duties:
- Sourcing new and former drivers for the agency
- Carrying out database and job board searches
- Marketing and placing driver recruitment advertisements
- Interviewing and checking the suitability of candidates
- Assisting other agency members of the team when needed
- Ad-hoc duties as necessary
Requirements:
- One year of office-based recruitment agency experience
- High level of spoken English
- Professional telephone manner
- Logistically minded
- Punctuality, flexibility, and professionalism
- Computer skills - Word & Excel proficient, Joined Up desirable
- Typing, spelling, and good knowledge of spreadsheets
- Must be prepared to familiarise yourself with the Account Management Team and become an integral part of our business
- Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry will be advantageous
